first of the last days of school

Hello World

I have been at the elementary school where I will be working next year working with the teachers to finish up this year and get ready for next year. We decided to go with a "hopping into the fifth grade" or "Welcome to our pond" theme, complete with name tags with frogs bounding off the paper, all equally teacher-y. Im ok with teacher-y in the class as long as I dont have to wear a sweater with apples and frogs. I told justin the other day that I dont want anything with apples on it, unless of course it is really clever, which is rare. He looked at me and asked why im telling him.. duh people might ask him what to get me for something at some point and im sure he will be able to say "no apples" only once... its kinda something people remember; a teacher not wanting apples. I just dont want to be typical. I never really liked apples as a decoration. Is that too much to ask for someone to think about what I might like than rather what is easy... ie apples.

I got to see justin today for only a few moments but it was nice to see him outside of my normal routine. I was able to see him and sit next to him and give him a kiss... cant wait until that is everyday!
