Movies, boarding snail, and some softball
Hello World-
How about a weekend re-cap..Lets start with Friday Morning. I borrowed Jill's car and drove to Dallas to sign my contract. I had gotten a call on Tuesday asking me to be at the paper signing party at 12:00 noon. I needed a $24 check to pay for the background check. So...I get there and well lets say they were a bit confused...I was supposed to be there the day before for an information session, so I started to cry..Typical, such a girl. So anyway this nice woman brought me to her big office and we sat down and chatted I explained my situation she explains her's. Whomever called me did not give me the correct information. So they let me sign the contract, but I did not fill out any of the other forms, health care ect. So, I drove back and Jill told me that Nicole and I could use her car to take her to work then go dress shopping, because I needed a formal, It ended up that Nicole bought a formal and all that that implies (accessories.) So I was then allowed to borrow Teenie's dress b/c Nicole had a new one that looks awesome on her. We then went to see Ice Age 2, so good. Sooo funny. We picked up Jill and we did silly girl things like dress up in our formals for next week and danced around. Sang into curling irons and head banged to Reliant K's rendition of "We are the pirated that don't do anything" Will Jill was out talking to her current interest Nicole's snail decided he needed some excitement of his own. I dropped a piece of bread into nicole's fish tank so the fish could munch on it and the crust was left by the end of the night. Nicole looks into her fish tank and begins to laugh hysterically, uncontrolled hysterics...I look and one of her snails has detached itself from the glass of the tank and attached itself to the crust of bread. NOT only has it attached itself but was riding the tide of the tank on it. It was swirling and bobbing and turning over... It put Tony hawk to shame, really. And after taking a break proceeded to get BACK on the crust and ride again only this time he didn't make it back to the glass, it ended up shell down face up to the top of the water and we began to wonder if it could breath/survive like that. So Nicole grabbed a pen and tried to push it down in the water, it was VERY buoyant. Then we discovered we could aggravate the fish with the pen so we did that for a moment the horror struck.... bum BUm BUM! The fish, in an uncharacteristically swift move, attacked the snail. We didn't actually see the fish eat it, but the shell dropped like a rock to the bottom...No buoyancy... We are pretty sure the snails frivolity caused it to have an early death by consumption, not of the coughing sort. :::Shakes head:::
Well Saturday I went to the car show, that was cool. Layed out and caught some vitamin D. Then Justin came over, can I just say that he is the pimp...
We went out to eat at this awesome Mexican restaurant and watch this crazy old man sing Kareoke
Today was nice, Justin and I are leftovers for lunch then went outside to throw the football around then we played softball with some of my residents. Overall awesome time with my friends and boyfriend.

Dear sweet Lord, I almost fell over when I saw how long the entry was ;)...Glad to hear that you had some good times amidst the stress tho:).
And on a side note, I totally envy you the getting to dress up and go to formals :)...
