Wicked and Microscopes...an unlikely combination

OH wow, so student teaching is kicking the shit out of me. I am tired all the time. .working 40 hrs a week and not getting paid. Then I go to class 3 days a week Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. I work Wednesday night and Thursday afternoon. I have a social this Thursday night AKA tonight. I am going dancing. Tomorrow I am teaching an awesome science lesson.. I am so excited the students get to use microscopes.. whoo hoo.! :::shakes head at realization that I am actually a nerd::: In fact I should be writing a lesson plan for that…. Uhhhh oh well. Ill do it later. I always do, its not even that I need a lesson plan.. not that I am totally full of my self but the fact is that I have been doing it all year with much success. AND I was late to work today… I was busy playing with the microscopes while getting the room set up for the science lesson tomorrow. I wanted to be familiar with the microscopes before I tried to teach about them…I got carried away… oops. But they are fun :::stomps::: :::sucks in pouty lip and smiles sweetly:::
I am excited about my social tonight. We are getting together and reading our favorite Children’s books with hot cocoa and cookies!!! I am going to donate the books to the Open Door Home, it’s a part of the foster care system in town. I am so excited, hopefully there will be a good turn out, I think there will be.
Nicole, Jill, and I had an absolute blast in the car singing along to the Wicked Soundtrack, man we can really belt it! It was sooo Much fun. Jill Should sing one of the songs at the pageant, but she’s going to show her cow instead, which I think is really awesome. We went to wal-mart and I saw one of my students there, it was really funny, because I had just finished telling Jill and Nicole about him, I call him Grace, because he always trips in the hall while dancing to his destination. I met his mom, she seemed really nice and very willing to help in anyway. Gotta love cooperative parents!!
Well off to the never ending lesson plans!!
